The experience at Courtyard was fantastic! The staff, especially Laura in the breakfast area, was amazing. The hotel has a direct connection to a modern mall with plentiful dining and shopping options, making it super convenient. Special shout-out to the breakfast team for their exceptional service and the delicious food, including some of the best Chilaquiles verdes I've ever had!

Rooms are comfortable with decent Wi-Fi access, making it easy to relax between adventures.

Front desk manned by only one person, leading to slower check-in and checkout times. No mini fridge in the room, breakfast choices are limited, and it takes too long for hot water to arrive. Additionally, there are no amenities like razors or shower caps.

Exceptional service in a bustling city

I was genuinely impressed by the staff’s warmth. Gabriel and team went out of their way to accommodate special meal requests. The cleanliness of the room stood out as well.

However, check-in was sluggish with only one person at the front desk, and we had to wait longer during peak times. Also, the breakfast options felt limited, and there were minor amenities lacking in the bathroom.

i really thought this place would offer something special, but no fridges in the room and the breakfast buffet is just sad,not to mention the slow hot water. I was expecting some luxury treatment and all i got was painful self-service. woul'd ve been an okay stay, but those missed details ruined everything for me.

I had a wonderful stay with exceptional service from the friendly staff, making me feel truly welcome during my visit. not to mention, the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful revolution park and the fascinating museo de geologia del instituto politecnico nacional, perfect for leisurely explorations.

I had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel! We visited the stunning Revolution Park and the Museo de Geología and loved every moment. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
